HOLGATE BREWHOUSE BARREL AGED IMPERIAL MILK STOUT
ABV 8%
12 x 500ml Can

Brewed as part of Holgate’s double decade birthday celebrations, this Barrel Aged Double Stout is a luxurious and complex ale with lashings of chocolate, coffee and dark dried fruits. The beer pours an impenetrable black with a thick tan head and the nose displays sweet malt aromas of toffee and cocoa. The palate is a symphony of rich, dark malt flavour with hints of liquorice, black cherry alongside the toffee, chocolate and dried fruit. Three months maturation in French oak (ex-Pinot) barrels lends this stout a soft vanillin character. The rich, sweet malt flavours are balanced by a firm bitterness from American hops alongside the espresso bite of roasted barley. The 8% ABV is well hidden in this moreish winter warmer.

SAUCE BREWING CO RASPBERRY DREAMSHAKE
Raspberry & White Chocolate Milkshake
ABV 7%
16 x 500ml Can
Keg 50L

Something for the sweet tooths, a slightly hazy milkshake IPA, loaded with raspberries , lactose, vanilla and cacao. With a light pinkish hue and soft carbonation, the team at Sauce Brewing have created something very different to their usual hop bombs.

3RAVENS CHOC MILK MILKSHAKE IPA
ABV 6%
24 x 375ml Can
Keg 50L

Choc Mint Shake features a creamy base of oats, wheat and Munich malt, with dark crystal malts and lightly roasted malts intertwined with dutch cocoa. The signature lactose-and-vanilla combo are supported by natural chocolate and mint flavours to give the impression of one of the all time classic milkshake flavours. Featuring Sabro hops – with unique creamy and oak-like vanillin characteristics as well as tropical fruit, with supporting roles from NEIPA staple Citra, as well as German Perle hops which lend herbal and mint-like freshness.

3RAVENS BARREL AGED IMPERIAL MILK STOUT

ABV 14.2%
16 x 440ml Can

3Ravens annual big stout is a beauty, it’s a collaboration with Queensland’s Brouhaha, inspired by their Milk Stout and brewed to entertain your inner bozo. An internationally convoluted brew day featuring four brewers, “reiterated mashing”, brewing sugars and an extended boil resulted in a big dumb beer that was aged for six months in whisky barrels. It’s come in at 14.2% and it’s an absolute cracker.
